Revert "user: Add --release option to Rust instructions"

The bug in the Rust compiler_builtin has been fixed with https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/commit/7d53688b25d52d822c7094ee80db42b2b2f2a8d3

The workaround for issue #32 (closed) is not longer required.

This reverts commit 0b2d95d5.
