Remove old references to devel.rtems.org

Summary

Remove old references to devel.rtems.org

Some were deleted as the content was imported.

Other references were updated.

There is content that still needs to be imported and I have opened issues to handle this:

  • #26 Import old wiki pages into Coding Conventions
  • #25 Move example file from old wiki into docs.
  • #24 (closed) Depreciating Interfaces needs moving from wiki
