QEMU failed to build on FreeBSD 14

Pixman and GLib fail to build on FreeBSD 14

Pixman update to 0.42.2 build however GLib 2.69.3 requires meson and ninja to build. This is a major changed.

Steps to reproduce

cd bare
../source-builder/sb-set-builder --prefix=/opt/rtems/qemu --log=qemu.txt devel/qemu
